Normally I drive myself, but could not as I had a hospital appointment no driving. I booked hire yesterday for today received a confirmation text, then today text to say cab was on the way then another minutes later on arrival. Driver chatted all the way there arrived approx. 15 minutes later. I should have asked for his name I apologize. No complaints does what it says on the tin.

Called to book a taxi to pick up from a wedding at the Inchyra, was told 10-15 mins which was much quicker than other companies I’d asked. Polite service on the phone, lovely driver, would definitely use again in future

I had Tartan taxis collect me from Edinburgh Airport and take me back a few days later. The staff at the end of the phone were very friendly and polite and although when i first arrived it took a while to find my driver (due to me being in the wrong area), the staff couldn't have been more helpful. Alan was brilliant, giving me good advice for places to visit, then we had a lovely lady driver, Michael and another man, all of which were very nice indeed. The cars were in perfect condition inside and out, they arrived on time and were all very accommodating and helpful. Being a solo female traveller a couple of times, i felt completely safe with Alan and Michael. Their prices are competitive with other companies. I am shocked at some of the reviews that have been given, but that was some time ago. Tartan taxis are brilliant and i would continue to use these in future. In fact my work colleague will also be using them from now on. Keep up the brilliant service! 👏

Really good service, ordered through the phone, once a cab was booked I got a link to download the app where I was able to accurately track my driver's location. The driver was very friendly and had a good chat.
